Liebherr SRFvg 5511 Laboratory Refrigerator, 588 L, glass door

The Liebherr SRFvg 5511 is a large-capacity laboratory refrigerator from the Performance Series, designed for the reliable storage of samples and reagents in day-to-day laboratory work. This model combines a high-performance dynamic cooling system with an insulated glass door for quick visual inspection.

Dynamic cooling and transparency

The dynamic (forced-air) cooling system ensures rapid cooling and a highly uniform distribution of cold air throughout the entire interior. It guarantees a maximum temperature deviation of just ±3°C. The insulated glass door, combined with a separately switchable LED ceiling light, offers a perfect view at all times without having to open the door.

+2°C SafetyDevice for frost protection

To prevent sensitive samples from freezing, the SRFvg 5511 is equipped with the +2°C SafetyDevice. If, in the event of a fault, the temperature drops below +2°C (when set to +5°C or warmer), the system takes control, stabilises the temperature and activates the alarm.

Comprehensive alarm and monitoring functions

To ensure seamless monitoring, the unit is fitted with a visual and audible fault alarm, as well as a mains failure alarm (which sounds when mains power is restored). A potential-free contact is integrated as standard. The unit is also prepared for connection to external monitoring systems (Wi-Fi/LAN) via the retrofittable SmartModule.
