Bürkle, Mini solvent pump, 1.8 l/min, GL45 connection, #5603-4000
Mini Solvent Pump | Safe dispensing of small quantities The Mini Solvent Pump is an extremely high-quality hand pump for small containers such as bottles, canisters and containers up to approx. 10 litres. For the safe dispensing and dosing of solvents and highly flammable liquids. Simple principle – great results The hand pump operates on the overpressure principle. Pressing the pump ball builds up overpressure inside the container, which forces the liquid out. This ensures that only the hose, feed tube and spout come into contact with the liquid being dispensed. A pressure relief valve protects the solvent pump against excessive pressure build-up – for example, due to direct sunlight – ensuring safety. High-quality materials All parts of this hand pump that come into contact with the medium are made from high-quality, inert materials – PTFE and stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404) – which are characterised by their excellent chemical resistance. The Mini solvent pump is therefore particularly well suited for use with high-purity liquids and highly flammable media, e.g. acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, methanol, etc. Filling in potentially explosive atmospheres The supplied earthing cable can be easily connected to the solvent pump via a spade connector; this dissipates electrostatic charges, allowing flammable media to be dispensed safely. Flexible in use The solvent pump can be used to fill from a wide variety of container sizes. The flexible PTFE hose, which draws the liquid from the container, can be cut to any length. This enables the container to be emptied completely, even in the case of bottles and canisters with a domed base. The hand pump has a standard GL 45 connection thread. However, with the appropriate thread adaptors (accessories), it can be easily adapted for use with containers featuring S 40, GL 38 or GL 32 thread sizes. Precise dispensing of the liquid The self-closing spout (with auto-stop function) on the Mini solvent pump enables absolutely precise dispensing, with no dripping whatsoever. Thanks to the simple dosing mechanism, even the smallest containers, such as test tubes, can be filled without any problems. A hose (internal Ø 6 mm) can be optionally attached to the spout, allowing safe filling even into containers situated further away. Perfectly balanced The Mini solvent pump is particularly compact and very well balanced, enabling tilt-free dispensing even from small containers. Robust and durable Thanks to its robust design and high-quality materials, the durable Mini solvent pump enables consistently safe and clean filling in the simplest and most convenient way. Ideal for 1–5 l containers GL 45 connection thread Parts in contact with the medium made from PTFE and stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4404) PTFE hose (6x8 mm), 0.4 m Includes 2 m earthing cable Adapters for S 40, GL 38 and GL 32 available as accessories Sterility: No

Bürkle, dispensing system for solvent outlet elbow, 60 cm, #5603-5001
The solvent dispensing system with outlet elbow features a drum pump with a fixed outlet elbow. The drum pump’s infinitely adjustable dip tube can be adapted to the respective container. Fitted with a drum coupling for steel drums with an R 2" thread. Can be adapted to standard containers using threaded adaptors. The solvent dispensing system allows high-purity liquids to be dispensed quickly and easily. Compressed gas (compressed air or nitrogen) is used to create positive pressure inside the container, which forces the liquid out. Operation using compressed gas offers the advantage that the user can dispense even large quantities effortlessly, whilst keeping both hands free to pour the solvent. This also allows hazardous substances, such as acetone, ethanol, methanol, etc., to be dispensed safely and precisely metered via the drain tap. When used with oxygen-sensitive or ultra-pure substances, operation with an inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible. The drum coupling and shut-off valves seal the drum and pump hermetically. This prevents any solvent-containing vapours from escaping after filling – thereby protecting users’ health and the environment. The portable dispensing system allows for flexible operation. It consists of a drum pump and a mountable pressure regulator unit, which adjusts the inlet pressure and provides additional protection against misuse. A pressure gauge allows for visual monitoring of the inlet pressure. The pump can be easily secured to the container using a drum coupling. The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3–10 bar) can be supplied via a mobile or stationary compressed air source. The solvent dispensing system enables the safe and accurate filling of various solvents in laboratory and industrial settings. KNF LABOPORT N 96 mini diaphragm vacuum pump, chemical-resistant, speed-controlled, 7 l/min, 322806
Compact performance for the laboratory workstation: KNF LABOPORT ® N 96 The KNF LABOPORT ® N 96 redefines what a compact laboratory pump is capable of. With MPN 322806, you get a highly flexible system that has been specially developed for applications where space-saving design, chemical resistance and precise control are required. Despite its very small footprint, this mini diaphragm vacuum pump delivers impressive performance and is ideal for filtration, solid-phase extraction (SPE), the removal of liquid supernatants or as a fore-vacuum pump for turbomolecular pumps. Chemical resistance meets maintenance-free operation A key advantage of the N 96 is its choice of materials. The pump head is made of robust PPS (polyphenylene sulphide), the diaphragm is PTFE-coated and the valves are made of FKM. This combination makes the pump extremely resistant to aggressive gases and vapours. Unlike oil-lubricated rotary vane pumps, the diaphragm principle of the N 96 operates 100 per cent oil-free. For you, this means: no contamination of your samples by oil vapours, no disposal of waste oil and completely maintenance-free operation in day-to-day laboratory work. You can transfer, evacuate and compress samples accurately and cleanly. Integrated speed control for gentle processes The LABOPORT ® N 96 is not simply ‘On’ or ‘Off’. It features integrated speed control, which is operated intuitively via a rotary knob on the top. This allows you to adjust the flow rate continuously to suit your process – from gentle suction right through to full power. The visual status indicator is particularly innovative: the colour of the LED lighting on the rotary knobs changes depending on the operating status (e.g. standby, operation), so you can see immediately – even from a distance – what the pump is currently doing. Quiet, low-vibration and space-saving In modern laboratories, space is at a premium and noise is a nuisance. The N 96 scores highly in both respects: with its extremely compact design, it fits into any nook or directly into the fume cupboard without blocking valuable worktop space. Thanks to its advanced diaphragm technology and brushless DC motor, it also operates very quietly and with minimal vibration. This is easier on the user’s nerves and allows for concentrated work right next to the unit. Versatility in application and pressure Although primarily known as a vacuum pump (ultimate vacuum < 130 mbar abs.), the N 96 can also be used as a compressor, delivering a working overpressure of up to 2.5 bar. The flow rate of up to 7 litres per minute (at atmospheric pressure) ensures rapid results during filtration. The plug-in power supply with wide-range input allows for use worldwide. But don’t be fooled by its size: with an impressive pumping speed of 22 l/min and an outstanding ultimate vacuum of 2 mbar, it’s right up there with the big players. This high pumping speed guarantees fast process times and efficient operation, even with low-boiling-point solvents. Protection for the laboratory and the environment: the safety emission condenser A highlight of this set is the included VSE 1 vacuum safety emission condenser. Vacuum pumps extract vapours that should often not simply be released into the room air. The VSE 1 reliably prevents solvent vapours from entering the laboratory atmosphere. This not only protects staff health from harmful emissions but also safeguards the environment. Furthermore, the condenser enables the effective recovery of valuable solvents, which reduces operating costs and promotes sustainable working practices. Chemical-resistant and low-maintenance As a dry diaphragm pump, the VACSTAR lite operates 100% oil-free. For you, this means: no tedious oil changes, no disposal of waste oil and no contamination of your samples by oil vapours. All parts in contact with the process fluid are made from high-quality, chemical-resistant materials (PTFE diaphragms, FKM valves, etc.). This makes the pump extremely resistant to aggressive chemicals and vapours, guaranteeing a long service life and low maintenance costs. Intuitive operation and process reliability The “lite” version focuses on the essentials: pure functionality. Operation is intuitive via a rotary knob, which allows you to continuously adjust the speed and thus the suction capacity. This enables the process to be started gently to prevent boiling delays, or ramped up to maximum performance. An integrated non-return valve also protects the system against backflow when the pump is switched off or in the event of a power cut.
