Description:
The Ultra range represents Restek’s widest selection of stationary phases on a single silica support. These columns are made from high-purity Type B silica with minimal activity and high packing density; they are designed for selective and reliable HPLC applications.
The Restek Aqueous C18 is a robust reversed-phase column with a balanced retention profile. It can effectively retain more types of solutes than a conventional C18 column and is ideal for multi-component LC-MS analyses. The versatile Aqueous C18 column is characterised by high reproducibility and compatibility with a wide range of mobile phase conditions – even with 100% aqueous phases. When used with a gradient, it avoids the all-too-common problem of multiple compounds eluting close to the column’s dead time.
