The WTW inoLab® pH 7310 Set 2 is a professional laboratory measurement system designed specifically for quality control laboratories carrying out routine testing and for the education sector. It combines the precise measurement documentation of the high-end 7310 instrument with robust, low-maintenance sensor technology. Unlike sets containing only glass electrodes (such as Set 4), this package includes the SenTix® 41: an electrode with a durable plastic shaft and gel electrolyte, which is ideal for everyday use where glass breakage needs to be avoided and there is no time to top up the electrolyte.

Documentation and data security

For laboratories with audit requirements (GLP/AQS), the inoLab® pH 7310 offers an integrated data logger that automatically stores up to 5,000 readings or 500 manually, including date, time and sample ID. Data transfer is straightforward via the mini-USB interface directly to a PC (in .csv format) or, optionally, to an external printer. This eliminates transcription errors associated with manual recording.

Quality assurance in the measurement process

The tried-and-tested CMC (Continuous Measurement Control) function shows on the graphic display whether the current reading is within the calibrated range and warns of unreliable measurement results. Together with the 1- to 5-point calibration (with timer function), this supports reliable measurement results. The plain-text menu navigation also makes the device extremely user-friendly for beginners.
