Shipping and Payment

Shipping Conditions

We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping Costs (excluding statutory VAT)

For deliveries within Germany we charge a flat rate of €9.90 per order.

For deliveries to Austria and Switzerland, shipping costs depend on the product category ordered

Austria

  • Standard shipping: €19.80
  • Bulky goods and freight forwarding (Cooling, Tempering): €95.00

Switzerland

  • Standard shipping: €19.80 to €25.90
  • Bulky goods and freight forwarding (Cooling, Tempering, Weighing & Measurement): €135.00

The exact shipping costs for your order will be shown to you during the ordering process before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days after the contract has been concluded. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

PayPal

Pay quickly and easily with PayPal. You can also use PayPal to pay for your purchase by credit card. To do so, add your credit card as a payment method in your PayPal account.

Credit Card via PayPal Plus

Pay conveniently and securely by Visa or Mastercard. Once payment has been made, we will process your order.

Purchase on Account via PayPal Plus

If you pay on account, the invoice amount must be paid to PayPal within 30 days. Please refer to your order confirmation and invoice for detailed payment information.

LT Laborhandel GmbH has assigned its claim against you to PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie, S.C.A. under an existing factoring agreement. Payments with a debt-discharging effect can only be made to PayPal (Europe) S.àr.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

Direct Debit via PayPal Plus

Pay the purchase price quickly and securely by entering your bank details when completing your order.

Advance Payment

If you pay in advance, you will receive our bank details and all necessary payment information once you have completed your order. Please transfer the invoice amount to the specified account, quoting your order number. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed further and, if the goods are available, dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note that the delivery time may be extended by a few working days due to bank processing times.

Invoice

If you purchase on account, you will receive the goods together with the invoice, or the invoice separately by email. The invoice amount is to be paid in full, without deduction, within the payment term stated on the invoice. Payment by invoice is available subject to a successful credit check. In individual cases, we reserve the right to offer a different payment method.
