Shipping Conditions

We deliver to Germany, all countries of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs

The amounts are net prices for business customers. Private customers pay shipping costs including 19% VAT, the gross amount is shown alongside. Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are tax-exempt exports, the stated amount applies there without German VAT.

Germany

Flat rate of €9.90 net (€11.78 incl. VAT) per order, regardless of product category and weight.

European Union

Outside the EU: Switzerland and United Kingdom

Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are export deliveries. Customs duties and import VAT in the destination country are borne by the recipient.

If an order contains freight forwarding goods, the freight forwarding rate applies to the entire shipment. The exact shipping costs for your order are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday). For payment in advance, the period begins on the day after your payment order, for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract. Deliveries abroad take a few additional working days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment Methods

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.

PayPal

You pay through your PayPal account. You can also use a credit card or bank account stored there.

Credit or Debit Card

You pay by credit or debit card directly at checkout. The payment is processed by PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account. We process your order once payment has been made.

Paid in Advance

After placing your order, you will receive our bank details. Please transfer the invoice amount, quoting your order number. Once we have received your payment, we ship the goods, provided they are in stock. Bank processing times may extend the delivery time by a few working days.

Invoice

We do not offer payment by invoice as standard. If you would like to pay by invoice, please contact us before placing your order: sales@lt-laborhandel.com or +49 421 6741 2774. Payment by invoice is subject to a successful credit check.

If we agree on payment by invoice, you pay the amount without deduction within the payment term stated on the invoice.
