Whether for quickly preparing a buffer solution, stirring on a magnetic stirrer or as a reliable collection vessel, the low, wide beaker is the workhorse on every laboratory bench. The cylindrical shape with straight sides and the wide opening make filling, stirring and cleaning easy, whilst the spout ensures clean, low-drip pouring.

Material and thermal properties

Made from borosilicate glass 3.3, this beaker offers high chemical resistance and excellent thermal shock resistance. It is suitable for use on hotplates and for rapid temperature changes, and is autoclavable.

Graduation

The printed, fired-on white ceramic scale allows the volume to be estimated and is resistant to abrasion and chemicals. The 5 ml and 10 ml sizes do not have a scale.
