Optimal aeration and cleaning: the classic 100 ml wide-neck flask

With this pack, you will receive 10 original DURAN ® Erlenmeyer flasks (wide-neck) with a nominal volume of 100 ml. The wide neck opening of 34 mm is the key advantage of this model: it makes it easier to add substances and remove samples using pipettes, and ensures improved oxygen supply for cultures. Furthermore, thanks to the wide opening, the flask is much easier to clean mechanically than the narrow-neck version.

DURAN ® Borosilicate glass 3.3 – Robustness in accordance with the standard

Manufactured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 24450 from high-quality borosilicate glass 3.3, these flasks offer excellent chemical and thermal resistance. They are resistant to acids and alkalis and can withstand rapid temperature changes without any problems. This makes them perfectly suited to the rigours of everyday laboratory use, including regular autoclaving (121 °C / 134 °C) and use on hotplates.

Traceable safety

The reinforced flared rim ensures high break resistance around the mouth. Each flask is fitted with a Retrace Code, which enables complete batch traceability right back to the production stage. The permanent scale, made from fired white ceramic, and the large labelling area make it easier to organise your samples.
