Greater capacity and a wide opening for efficient working

This set of 10 contains DURAN ® Erlenmeyer flasks with a nominal volume of 300 ml in a practical wide-neck design. The 300 ml size offers crucial extra capacity compared to the standard 250 ml flask when reactions produce foam or liquids need to be agitated vigorously. At the same time, the wide neck diameter of 50 mm makes it much easier to add solids, insert probes and carry out mechanical cleaning.

DURAN ® borosilicate glass 3.3 – top quality in accordance with standards

The flasks comply with DIN EN ISO 24450 and are manufactured from high-quality DURAN ® borosilicate glass 3.3. This material is characterised by extreme chemical resistance to water, acids, salt solutions and organic solvents. Thanks to their robust wall thickness and high thermal shock resistance, the flasks are ideal for use on hotplates and for regular autoclaving at 121 °C or 134 °C.

Safety and traceability

The reinforced flared rim effectively protects the wide mouth from glass breakage in the event of impact. Each flask is marked with a Retrace Code, which enables complete batch traceability – the certificate can be accessed online at any time. The durable scale, made of fired white ceramic, and the large labelling area ensure easy identification and handling of your samples.
