Easy to handle, even with small volumes

This set of 10 includes DURAN ® 50 ml Erlenmeyer flasks in a wide-neck design. The 34 mm opening is particularly generous for a vessel of this size. This makes filling with powders or granules considerably easier and allows the use of larger pipettes or probes. Furthermore, the wide neck makes the flasks much easier and more thorough to clean than comparable narrow-neck models.

DURAN ® borosilicate glass 3.3 – Safety in accordance with standards

The flasks comply with the DIN EN ISO 24450 standard and are made from the tried-and-tested DURAN ® borosilicate glass 3.3. This material guarantees maximum resistance to chemicals and thermal shock. Whether sterilised in an autoclave (121 °C / 134 °C) or heated on a laboratory hotplate – mechanical stability is always guaranteed thanks to uniform wall thickness.

Documented quality

Each flask bears a Retrace code, which allows you to retrieve a batch certificate online at any time. The fired-on white scale provides a quick guide to volume, whilst the labelling field allows for permanent sample identification. The reinforced flared rim protects the mouth from glass breakage.
