If you want to have several pipettes to hand at the same time on a bench, you don’t need a stand for each device. The Pipette Carousel 2 holds up to six pipettes at once and can be rotated freely by its carrying handle, so that every pipette is accessible without having to change your grip.
Six positions, one pivot point
The carousel holds six dispensing devices, whether single-channel pipettes, multi-channel pipettes or dispensers. The pipette holders are reversible and interchangeable, so the configuration can be adapted to different device sizes without having to replace the entire carousel.
Compatible with standard mechanical series
According to the user manual, the carousel accommodates the following mechanical dispensing devices: Multipette/Repeater M4, Reference 2, Reference, Biomaster, Research plus, Research and Research 3. Electronic charging cradles can also be used, although the charging contacts on the carousel itself do not function in this case: an electronic device such as the Multipette E3 or E3x continues to charge only via its own mains adaptor.
Stable and robust in everyday use
Rubber feet ensure stability, even when several pipettes are inserted or removed at the same time. The base plate is made of 1.4301 stainless steel; the carrying handle, pipette holders and outer surfaces are made of ASA/PC (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate copolymer with polycarbonate). The carousel itself is not autoclavable and does not have its own charging function.
