The IKA EUROSTAR 100 P4 control is an extremely powerful laboratory stirrer, specially developed for applications requiring high torque with large volumes. With a mixing capacity of up to 100 litres (H₂O) and innovative P4 technology – a four-stage torque transmission system – this unit effortlessly handles even highly viscous media of up to 100,000 mPas. This makes it the ideal tool for process development in the chemical industry, cosmetics manufacturing or food technology, where consistency and power reserves are crucial.
Innovative remote control via wireless controller
A standout feature of the ‘control’ variant is the detachable wireless controller (WiCo). This wireless remote control allows the user to operate the stirrer safely from outside a fume cupboard or from a safe distance. The high-resolution TFT display on the controller clearly shows all relevant parameters such as speed, torque and temperature. Thanks to the integrated Bluetooth interface, the connection remains stable even over long distances, which significantly improves ergonomics and health and safety in day-to-day laboratory work.
Process reliability and digital integration
Process control is a top priority with the EUROSTAR 100 P4 control. The integrated torque trend display enables viscosity changes to be measured and documented in real time. The medium temperature can be precisely monitored via the connection for an external temperature sensor (PT 1000). USB and RS 232 interfaces are available for comprehensive data logging and control via PC, enabling seamless integration with software solutions such as labworldsoft ®. A microprocessor-controlled safety circuit and overload protection also guarantee safe continuous operation at full load.
