S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G Dispersing
Tool The autoclavable S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G is suitable for general applications involving high-speed mixing with high shear forces, grinding in liquid, emulsification, reducing particle size in solutions, and the vigorous dissolution of miscible and immiscible solids and liquids in a liquid medium. It is particularly recommended for dispersion applications in biochemistry or pharmacy, e.g. for emulsifying heat-sensitive active ingredient intermediates.
The integrated temperature sensor enables temperature measurement during operation. The operating time is recorded via the associated T 25 easy clean digital or control disperser. A message on the display informs the user when maintenance is required.
As the name ‘easy clean’ suggests, the dispersing tools are particularly easy to clean: by simply turning and lowering the clamp, the shaft and rotor can be removed from the housing. This allows the shaft tube to be completely flushed through and cleaned from the inside.
Note: The S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G is only compatible with the T 25 easy clean digital and control dispersers. The temperature sensor function of the T tools can only be activated in conjunction with the T 25 easy clean control.
