S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G ST Dispersing tool
The autoclavable dispersing tool S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G - ST is suitable for general applications involving high-speed mixing with high shear forces, grinding in liquid, emulsification, reducing particle size in solution, and the vigorous dissolution of miscible and immiscible solids and liquids in a liquid medium. It is particularly recommended for dispersion applications in biochemistry or pharmaceuticals, e.g. for emulsifying heat-sensitive intermediates of active substances.

The sawtooth-shaped tool enables the cutting of fibrous materials in solutions for even faster homogenisation. The integrated temperature sensor allows temperature measurement during operation. Operating time is recorded via the associated T 25 easy clean digital or control disperser. A message on the display informs the user when maintenance is required.

As the name ‘easy clean’ suggests, the dispersing tools are particularly easy to clean: by simply turning and lowering the clamp, the shaft and rotor can be removed from the housing. This allows the shaft tube to be completely flushed through and cleaned from the inside.

Note: The S 25 EC - T - C - 18 G is only compatible with the T 25 easy clean digital and control dispersers. The temperature sensor function of the T tools can only be activated in conjunction with the T 25 easy clean control.
