Uniform cooling thanks to forced-air circulation

The forced air circulation cooling system actively distributes the cold air throughout the entire interior and maintains a constant temperature range of -9 °C to -35 °C, even when heavily loaded. The automatic defrosting system manages this in the background, eliminating the need for manual defrosting. With a net capacity of 700 litres and 20 height-adjustable shelves, the cabinet can be flexibly adapted to different batch sizes.

Designed for bakery trays

The insert is designed for 600 x 800 mm baking trays as a longitudinal insert, a standard size in many bakeries. This allows trays to be stored directly from production without the need for repacking. All 20 shelves are height-adjustable, meaning that even larger or irregularly shaped containers can be accommodated.

High-quality construction for continuous operation

The inner container and door are made of chrome-nickel steel (1.4301 / AISI 304) and steel respectively; the housing is also made of steel. LED ceiling lighting ensures good visibility when loading, whilst the handle strip provides a secure grip. The door hinge is reversible, and the four height-adjustable feet (115 to 175 mm) compensate for uneven floors.

Safety and control at a glance

The temperature in the freezer compartment is displayed digitally on the outside; any fault is indicated visually and audibly. The mechanical lock provides additional security for the contents, and a Wi-Fi/LAN interface can be retrofitted for future network connectivity.

Electrical connection and operating parameters

The BFPvg 8401 operates at 50 Hz with a voltage of 220 to 240 volts and a rated current of 4.0 A. The 3-metre-long power cable allows for flexible positioning within the storage room. R 290 is used as the refrigerant, with a charge of 110 grams. The cabinet is designed for ambient temperatures ranging from +10 °C to 40 °C and thus maintains its cooling capacity even in warmer adjoining rooms within the bakery.

The BFPvg 8401 is manufactured at the Lienz plant in Austria and is delivered packaged with dimensions of 83.0 x 105.0 x 222.0 cm and a gross weight of 156.00 kg. Once installed, the cabinet measures 211.5 x 78.7 x 101.7 cm, with a net weight of 150.90 kg. The four height-adjustable feet also compensate for uneven floors in the storage area. As the inner container is made of chrome-nickel steel, it is also easy to clean hygienically. With a gross capacity of 854 litres and a net capacity of 700 litres, the BFPvg 8401 is one of the larger freezer cabinets in the bakery range and is therefore suitable for businesses with higher throughput.
