Maximum flexibility with two temperature zones

The fridge compartment with an insulated glass door allows for a temperature range of +1 °C to +15 °C and, thanks to the LED light column, provides a clear view of the stored items without having to open the door. This reduces unnecessary loss of cold air and helps maintain a more stable cold chain. The freezer compartment with a solid door cools reliably from -9 °C to -26 °C and is fitted with three drawers, allowing different frozen goods to be sorted and stored separately. Both compartments can be independently adjusted to suit the specific contents, without the temperature control of one compartment affecting the other.

NoFrost technology and dynamic cooling

Both compartments utilise a dynamic forced air circulation cooling system to ensure even temperature distribution throughout the entire interior. Thanks to the automatic defrost function in both the fridge and freezer compartments, manual defrosting is no longer necessary, which reduces maintenance requirements and increases operational reliability, particularly in a busy kitchen environment where there is rarely time for manual tasks on the appliance. The dynamic forced air circulation cooling also ensures that a uniform temperature is quickly restored inside the appliance even when the door is opened.

High-quality features and safety

The housing and the solid door of the freezer compartment are made of robust stainless steel, whilst the inner container is made of hygienic silver-coloured plastic. Four shelves in the refrigeration compartment, designed as plastic-coated grid shelves with a load capacity of 45 kg each, reliably support even full Gastronorm containers. A mechanical lock restricts access to the stored goods, which is particularly useful in communal kitchens or where storage areas are shared.

Connectivity

The unit is designed for digital monitoring. Using the retrofittable Wi-Fi/LAN module, the FCFCvg 4032 can be integrated into an existing monitoring system as required, allowing temperature trends to be monitored even outside the kitchen and documented for self-monitoring.

The FCFCvg 4032 is designed for an ambient temperature of +10 °C to 40 °C and is therefore suited to the typical conditions found in professional kitchens, even where temperatures near the hob or washing-up area may be higher than in air-conditioned storage rooms. The connection cable, which is approximately 3 metres long, allows for flexible positioning without the need for a socket to be located directly next to the intended installation site.
