Where guests choose their own drinks, for example, at a kiosk, in the reception area or at a self-service counter, a drink’s visual appeal also plays a part in its sale. The Liebherr MRTve 1511 displays its contents through an insulated glass door with LED ceiling lighting, and offers space for up to 156 0.33-litre cans or 83 0.5-litre PET bottles within its 127-litre gross capacity. Like the closed MRTve 1501, this under-counter drinks fridge is available in black or white and, with a height of 85.2 cm, can also be fitted under an existing worktop.

Product display via glass door and LED lighting

The insulated glass door with a plastic frame allows the contents to be seen at all times without guests having to open the door. The LED ceiling lighting further showcases the drinks.

Efficient cooling with energy efficiency class B

Despite its glass door, the MRTve 1511 achieves energy efficiency class B and consumes just 0.539 kWh in 24 hours, or 198 kWh per year. The dynamic cooling system, which uses the refrigerant R 600a, maintains a constant internal temperature within the range of +1 °C to +9 °C; the temperature is displayed digitally inside, allowing it to be read without having to open the door and thereby lose cooling capacity.

Door hinge and operation

The door hinge can be reversed to the right, allowing it to be adapted to the specific installation situation. The mechanical lock secures the contents; in the event of a fault, the MRTve 1511 issues a visual and audible warning, so that a rise in temperature does not go unnoticed. The plastic handle provides a secure grip and matches the colour of the unit.

Robust technology behind the glass front

Despite its glass door, the MRTve 1511, with its steel housing and two plastic-coated grid shelves, each with a load capacity of 45 kg, remains a unit designed for the rigours of everyday use at a counter or kiosk. The rated current of 2.0 A at 220 to 240 volts allows it to be operated from a standard socket, whilst the automatic defrosting system keeps maintenance requirements to a minimum during operation.

Black or white: choose the colour to match your décor

With the MRTve 1511, too, the choice of colour is purely aesthetic and depends on the surroundings in which the unit is situated. In black, the inner container is silver in colour, complemented by a black plastic handle. In white, the inner container is white, combined with a white plastic handle. The glass door, LED lighting and cooling capacity are identical for both colours; only the weight differs slightly, at 45.60 kg for the black model and 46.10 kg for the white model. The colour of the inner container and handle can thus be adapted to the corporate identity of the business.
