The WTW inoLab ® pH 7110 Set 4 (MPN 1AA114) is the ‘precision package’ of the 7110 series, designed for laboratories that do not wish to compromise on measurement quality, even when dealing with challenging samples. Whilst the main unit offers the tried-and-tested, simple operation without complex menus, the key advantage of this set lies in the sensor technology: instead of a standard gel electrode, it includes the SenTix ® 81. This high-quality glass electrode with liquid electrolyte (KCl 3 mol/l) delivers more stable and faster readings than maintenance-free alternatives, even in protein-rich media, suspensions or during rapid temperature changes.

Measurement performance and AutoRead

The inoLab ® pH 7110 (with DIN connector) focuses on the essentials: precise measurement readings. The integrated ‘AutoRead’ function automatically monitors electrode drift and only locks the reading once the signal is stable. This eliminates subjective reading uncertainties. Together with the SenTix ® 81, whose platinum diaphragm ensures a constant electrolyte flow, you can thus achieve extremely high reproducibility.

Operation and Calibration

Despite being a high-end electrode, it remains intuitive to use. A large LCD segment display clearly shows all relevant information. Calibration is carried out using 1 to 3 points with automatic buffer recognition (WTW TEC or DIN/NIST). An adjustable calibration timer reliably reminds you to carry out regular maintenance to ensure the system’s high accuracy is maintained over the long term. The device features a smooth, easy-to-clean membrane keypad.
