The Binder M 115 drying oven expands the M Classic.Line series by offering greater usable volume without compromising on test accuracy. With an internal capacity of 113 litres and a temperature range from 23 °C above room temperature up to 300 °C, the unit is suitable for material testing and ageing tests where larger quantities of samples or multiple test specimens need to be processed simultaneously.
Programmable test sequences via the touchscreen
The intuitive touchscreen controller offers interval and real-time programming, allowing multi-stage temperature profiles to be stored for compliance with test standards or internal quality assurance requirements. The integrated Ethernet interface and internal data logger enable test runs to be documented and analysed without the need to connect additional external recording devices.
Rapid heating and high temperature accuracy
Thanks to APT.line technology with enhanced heating power, the M 115 achieves a spatial temperature deviation of just 1.0 ± K and a temporal deviation of 0.2 ± K at 150 °C. The heating time to 150 °C is 11 minutes. With an air change rate of 105 times per hour at 100 °C, the forced-air circulation system ensures uniform heating even when the 113-litre interior is heavily loaded.
