The high-performance dispenser for chemistry and analytics

The BRAND seripettor ® pro (1–10 ml) is a chemically more resistant further development of the tried-and-tested seripettor ®. Whilst the standard model is ideal for routine biological applications, the seripettor ® pro covers a significantly broader range of applications in chemical analysis. It is specially designed for dispensing diluted to medium-concentration acids, polar solvents, salt solutions and even essential oils.

Efficiency through automatic stroke

For laboratories with high sample throughput, the integrated return spring is a key advantage. It automatically lifts the piston after each dispensing stroke and refills the dispensing cylinder automatically. This enables smooth, fatigue-free batch processing without the need to manually lift the piston. The volume, ranging from 1 to 10 ml, can be set quickly and reliably using the mechanical rack and pinion mechanism.

High-quality materials for maximum durability

Unlike the standard version, the seripettor ® pro uses particularly resistant materials in the parts that come into contact with the medium: borosilicate glass, ceramic (Al₂O₃), PFA, ETFE, FEP, PTFE and platinum-iridium. This makes it suitable for:

• Acids: e.g. hydrochloric acid (HCl), sulphuric acid (H₂SO₄), nitric acid (HNO₃) (please observe concentration limits!).
• Solvents: Polar solvents such as acetone, ethanol or methanol.
• Special applications: UV-sensitive media, crystallising liquids and essential oils.

Low-maintenance and cost-effective

The seripettor ® pro combines professional performance with high cost-effectiveness. The complete dosing unit is available as a low-cost spare part and can be replaced by the user themselves without the need for tools. This is particularly advantageous when handling crystallising or highly contaminating media, as the device is ready for use again in a matter of seconds.
