With 2.5 to 25 ml, the Dispensette S Digital covers exactly this need and shows the set value on the mechanical counter. The colour code red stands for the standard version, suitable for a wide range of acids, alkalis and solvents, but not for hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid above 20 percent or nitric acid above 30 percent.Accuracy and graduationAccuracy is 0.5 %/125 µl, the coefficient of variation figure 0.1 %/25 µl, the graduation 0.1 ml. In standardised digestion procedures with concentrated nitric acid, daily venting should not cost any reagent. The Brand Dispensette S Organic Analog with recirculation valve (1 to 10 ml) returns excess volume to the reservoir bottle instead of discarding it via the dispensing cannula. At 1-10 ml the graduation is 0.2 ml, the accuracy is 0.5 %/50 µl and the coefficient of variation is 0.1 %/10 µl.Typical applicationsThe yellow colour code identifies the Organic series in the Brand range. Efficiency through automatic stroke Thanks to the integrated return spring, the piston lifts automatically after each dispensing stroke and refills the cylinder automatically. This enables fast, fatigue-free batch processing, ideal for high sample throughput. Volume adjustment is carried out safely via a toothed rack, which reliably prevents accidental adjustment of the volume. In this version, the device is fitted with a return valve as standard. This small but crucial feature revolutionises your workflow during degassing: instead of wasting valuable reagent by discarding it into a beaker, you simply return it to the bottle whilst degassing. This saves costs and protects the environment. Simple, Safe, Analogue The ‘S’ generation stands for ‘Safe, Simple, Efficient’. Analogue adjustment: The desired volume is set using a mechanical slide control with an internal rack. This guarantees an absolutely secure setting that cannot be accidentally altered, even during hectic operation. Smooth operation: Thanks to advanced piston and cylinder materials, the piston glides almost effortlessly. Suction and ejection require minimal force – a relief for your joints during long production runs.
