For mixing tasks requiring high torque, you need not only the most powerful drive in the range, but also a sturdy frame that can safely absorb the forces generated. The Hei-TORQUE Platinum Package combines the Hei-TORQUE Ultimate 400, with 400 Ncm of torque and a two-stage gearbox, with a telescopic stand and a clamp to form a ready-to-install unit for the laboratory bench or fume cupboard.

Two-stage gearbox in a complete package

The first gear stage delivers 10 to 400 revolutions per minute at full torque, suitable for highly viscous media up to 250,000 mPas. The second stage switches to 20 to 2,000 revolutions per minute and is suitable for more fluid samples up to 100 l of water equivalent. With forces of this magnitude, a stable base is at least as important as the motor’s power output alone; that is why the package is designed from the outset to include a suitable stand and a clamp.

Why a tripod and clamp are included with the most powerful drive

The telescopic tripod, order number 570-12100-00, and the clamp, order number 570-22000-00, are designed for the Hei-TORQUE series and securely support even the most powerful drive in the range. Rather than having to test the tripod and clamp separately for sufficient load-bearing capacity, the Platinum Package provides a pre-matched combination that can be assembled straight away.

Remote control, documentation and safety

USB and RS232 interfaces connect the drive to a PC, a programmable logic controller (PLC) or an automation system such as LabManager; the free Hei-Control software controls up to four devices and saves ramp profiles for reproducible runs. KTY temperature monitoring, an automatic shut-off function with display and the touch-sensitive start/stop function protect the motor and operating personnel, whilst the IP54 protection rating keeps out dust and splash water.

This excludes glass and wear parts, damage caused during transport and damage resulting from improper use. If the equipment is registered with Heidolph, the warranty commences on the date of purchase; otherwise, it commences on the date of manufacture as indicated by the serial number. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
