The Memmert UF450plus universal oven combines a generous internal capacity of 449 litres with the most advanced control technology on the market. It is the perfect solution for laboratories, research institutions and industry when large batches or bulky samples need to be dried, sterilised or tested under strictly controlled, complex temperature profiles. The powerful forced-air circulation system guarantees extremely short heating-up and drying times.

TwinDISPLAY: Full control for complex processes

At the heart of this model is the intuitive TwinDISPLAY. Two high-resolution TFT touchscreens make it child’s play to configure sophisticated temperature ramps and programme-controlled sequences. The fan speed and fresh air supply can be precisely controlled. In addition, the HeatBALANCE function allows the distribution of heating power between the upper and lower sections of the cabinet to be specifically adjusted – ideal for asymmetrical loads.

Uncompromising safety and documentation

Two independent Pt100 sensors (DIN Class A) monitor the temperature and seamlessly take over the function of the other in the event of a failure. The AutoSAFETY system protects your valuable load through automatic alarms and heating shutdown in the event of deviations. To meet the strictest quality standards, the integrated data logger records the entire process, which can be conveniently analysed using the supplied AtmoCONTROL software.
