The WTW inoLab ® pH 7110 Set 2 (MPN 1AA112) is a complete ‘plug-and-measure’ package for routine pH measurement in laboratories, educational settings or water analysis. At its heart is the precise inoLab ® pH 7110 with a DIN socket, which stands out for its ease of use and large segment display. Unlike the basic unit (Set 1 or single unit), this set includes the SenTix ® 41 electrode. This features a robust plastic shaft and a gelled reference electrolyte, making it maintenance-free (no need to top up with KCl). The integrated temperature sensor automatically ensures accurate readings even when sample temperatures fluctuate.

Measurement reliability and AutoRead

To rule out subjective reading errors, the instrument features the ‘AutoRead’ function. This monitors the drift of the electrode signal and only validates the measured value once it has stabilised. This ensures a high degree of reproducibility of the results. Calibration is carried out conveniently using 1 to 3 points with automatic buffer recognition (WTW TEC or DIN/NIST). An integrated timer provides a visual reminder when recalibration is due.

Connections and Compatibility

The instrument is fitted with an analogue DIN socket (to DIN 19262) for the pH electrode and two 4 mm banana sockets for the temperature probe. This complies with the classic German laboratory standard. The SenTix ® 41 included in the set fits directly into these sockets. The smooth membrane keypad is easy to clean and provides tactile feedback, making it ideal for use whilst wearing laboratory gloves.
