The Bandelin SONOREX SUPER RK 100 H is a compact ultrasonic bath with heating and a 3-litre capacity (usable volume approx. 2.0 litres), designed for daily use in laboratories, medical practices and workshops. With an operating frequency of 35 kHz and an adjustable bath temperature ranging from 30 to 80 °C, the unit is suitable for typical cleaning tasks such as instrument cleaning, the degassing of solvents, and the cleaning of laboratory glassware and small parts. The robust tank and the housing made from 1.4301 stainless steel ensure resistance to the cleaning and disinfecting agents commonly used in laboratories and medical practices.
Thanks to the SweepTec function, the ultrasonic bath operates with a fully automatically modulated ultrasonic field, which prevents the formation of standing waves and thus enables a particularly uniform cleaning result across the entire tank surface – an advantage particularly when cleaning several instruments or small parts in a single cleaning cycle. Operation is simple via a rotary knob, which allows the cleaning time (1 to 15 minutes in 5 % increments or continuous operation) and bath temperature to be adjusted continuously. An integrated liquid level indicator helps to ensure that the tank is always filled with the correct amount of liquid.
Compact, robust and practical
With external dimensions of 260 x 160 x 250 mm (L x W x H) and a weight of 4.4 kg, the SONOREX SUPER RK 100 H fits even on confined work surfaces without compromising on the usable volume of the inner tank (240 x 140 x 100 mm). The housing is rated to IP 32 and, as a Class I medical device in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745, bears the CE mark; furthermore, the device complies with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU, the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU and the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU. This means that the ultrasonic bath with heating can be used both in traditional laboratory environments and in medical-related applications where instruments and small parts need to be cleaned regularly.
