SONOREX SUPER RK 52 H – Ultrasonic bath with heating for laboratories and medical practices
The Bandelin SONOREX SUPER RK 52 H is a compact ultrasonic bath with heating for everyday use in laboratories, medical practices and workshops. With an operating frequency of 35 kHz and a tank capacity of 1.8 litres (usable capacity 1.2 litres), the unit is suitable for the gentle cleaning of instruments, laboratory glassware and small parts, as well as for the degassing of solvents prior to analytical applications. The integrated heating system allows the cleaning effect to be specifically enhanced for temperature-sensitive contaminants, without the need for a separate heating unit.
The ultrasonic tank and housing are made of 1.4301 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 0.8 mm, which ensures high resistance to the cleaning and disinfecting agents commonly used in laboratories and instrument reprocessing. A fill-level mark in the tank facilitates correct filling with cleaning fluid during day-to-day use.
SweepTec technology and practical operation
The SONOREX SUPER RK 52 H features the SweepTec function: automatic frequency adjustment prevents the formation of standing waves in the tank, thereby ensuring more uniform cavitation and, consequently, a more consistent cleaning result throughout the entire tank volume. The heating is continuously adjustable from 30 to 80 °C; the timer covers a range of 1 to 15 minutes (± 5 %) and can also be set to continuous operation when longer cleaning or degassing cycles are required. Operation is via rotary knobs; the mains cable is permanently attached to the unit and is designed for operation at 230 V~ (± 10 %), 50/60 Hz.
