The Binder FD 720 (Avantgarde.Line) is a high-performance drying and heating oven designed for applications involving high sample volumes and the most stringent requirements for temperature accuracy. With a very large internal capacity of 741 litres, it is ideal for industrial use, materials testing or research.

Maximum precision thanks to APT.line™ technology

At the heart of this oven is Binder’s APT.line™ preheating chamber technology. Unlike conventional forced-air ovens, the air is preheated and blown horizontally into the chamber from both sides. This guarantees exceptional temperature accuracy and uniform heat distribution throughout the entire 741-litre chamber, even when fully loaded. This is crucial for validatable drying or heat storage processes up to 300 °C.

Powerful and robust for industrial use

This model (MPN 9010-0331) is designed for a 400 V three-phase connection. This enables a very high heating output (6.3 kW) and extremely fast heating-up and recovery times, which are essential in industrial multi-shift operation. The robust double-leaf door facilitates the loading and unloading of large or heavy batches (e.g. components, paint samples).

Simple operation and documentation

Control is via the tried-and-tested R 4 controller with a digital display and integrated timer (up to 99h 59min or continuous operation). All process data (temperatures, times) can be read out and documented in accordance with GLP/GMP via the USB interface, which is essential for quality assurance.
