With five variable single-channel pipettes, the Brand Transferpette S Pipette Package 2 covers the complete range from 0.5 µl to 5 ml and so provides a full initial equipment in one go, for PCR and molecular biology workstations as well as for preparative sample preparation, ready for use in the practical bench stand and without having to collect additional individual pipettes.

Five pipettes for the complete working range

Pipette Package 2 combines five Transferpette S single-channel pipettes with variable volume: the D-10 for 0.5 to 10 µl with an increment of 0.01 µl, the D-100 for 10 to 100 µl with an increment of 0.1 µl, the D-200 for 20 to 200 µl with an increment of 0.2 µl, the D-1000 for 100 to 1,000 µl with an increment of 1 µl and the D-5000 for 500 to 5,000 µl with an increment of 5 µl. Together, the five devices cover the range from 0.5 µl to 5 ml without gaps, from the smallest PCR reactions to larger volumes in preparative sample preparation. Matching tip sizes are also defined for each of the five pipettes, from 0.5 to 20 µl for the D-10, through 2 to 200 µl for D-100 and D-200, up to 50 to 1,000 µl for the D-1000 and 500 to 5,000 µl for the D-5000.

Precision under German weights and measures law

All five pipettes carry the DE-M marking under German weights and measures law as well as the CE marking, and the accuracy testing follows DIN EN ISO 8655. At the respective nominal volume, the D-10 achieves an accuracy A of up to ±1 % with a coefficient of variation CV of up to 0.5 %. The four larger models D-100, D-200, D-1000 and D-5000 each have an accuracy A of up to ±0.6 % and a coefficient of variation CV of up to 0.2 %, a level of accuracy that counts particularly in quantitative analyses and dilution series.

True one-handed operation for fatigue-free work

Volume adjustment, pipetting and tip ejection can all be carried out with one hand on the Transferpette S, so there is no change of grip during serial work. A lockable volume setting with UNLOCK and LOCK position prevents the set volume from being changed accidentally during intensive use, a detail that pays off above all in long pipetting series in everyday laboratory work and lowers the error rate in repeated pipetting steps.

Tool-free adjustment with Easy Calibration

If the factory setting drifts, every pipette can be adjusted directly using the Easy Calibration function without any additional tool. A red adjustment slider in the display window shows when the factory setting has been changed, so it is visible at a glance whether the pipette is still running on its original calibration or has been readjusted.

Autoclavable fully assembled

For use in sterile areas, all five pipettes can be autoclaved fully assembled, at 121 degrees Celsius and 2 bar with a holding time of at least 15 minutes to DIN EN 285. Dismantling before sterilisation is therefore not necessary, which significantly reduces the effort for recurring sterilisation cycles in the laboratory.

A tidy workstation with the carousel bench stand

The bench stand supplied holds up to six devices as a carousel and so keeps the workstation clear even with five pipettes. All devices stand within reach and protected between two uses, instead of lying loose on the laboratory bench or contaminating each other.

Quality certificate and warranty included

Pipette Package 2 comes with a quality certificate (Performance Certificate) that documents the testing of the individual pipettes and can be filed directly into your own quality assurance. A three-year warranty applies to the single-channel pipettes of the Transferpette S series.
