A sampler designed for taking samples of frozen, highly viscous, paste-like media such as ice cream and similar substances. The drill-shaped cutting edge screws itself into the frozen product as it is turned.
The collection cylinder can be easily removed via a bayonet connection. The sample is then exposed and can be taken out.
