Bürkle, Profi Aluminium Sampler, complete, #5305-1100

ProfiSampler Aluminium for solvents and flammable liquids in explosion groups IIA, IIB and IIC. With GL 45 bottle thread (compatible with Schott glass bottles from 100 ml to 1000 ml).

When sampling flammable liquids, the device must be earthed. To do this, use an earthing cable and, if necessary, an anti-static kit as well; see accessories.

ProfiSampler Aluminium, comprising: aluminium vacuum pump with support legs, vent valve and GL 45 bottle thread with a 500 ml glass bottle; 5 black PA suction tubes (220 cm long, electrically conductive); hose cutter; brass hose weight; 20 ‘seal-it’ bottle seals; earthing cable.

Whilst the MiniSampler is designed for use in the laboratory, the ProfiSampler has been specially developed for heavy-duty industrial use.

Intended use

Sampling of liquids from drums, tanks, lorries, railway wagons, ships, bodies of water, groundwater, etc.

Vacuum samplers have the advantage that the liquid comes into contact only with the suction hose and the original sample bottle. Cross-contamination is largely avoided. The bottles are sealed immediately after sampling. The disposable suction hose can be replaced quickly. This ensures that samples of a single type are taken each time. If necessary, a new hose is used for each sample.

Thanks to its small diameter (8 mm), the tube can also be guided into narrow, winding sampling points.

The ProfiSampler can be supplemented with useful accessories developed in the field.
