Stirring up to 20 litres without heating
Based on our tried-and-tested series of magnetic stirrers with a heating function, the Hei-PLATE Mix 20 l has been specially developed for applications involving thermolabile substances. This is because this model has no heating element, and the heat from the motor is not transferred to the work surface.
The Hei-PLATE Mix 20 l magnetic stirrer without a heating function is ideal for applications up to 20 litres and can gently stir your solution within a speed range of 100–1,400 rpm. In addition, the speed is gently brought up to the desired value via a soft-start function. This prevents splashing, an uneven start-up or even the stirring rod from jumping.
The patented Kera-Disk ® base, made of aluminium with a ceramic coating, is chemical-resistant, scratch-resistant and has a diameter of 145 mm. Thanks to this unique size, it is suitable for use with a wide range of accessories and samples whilst occupying a small footprint.
