RC 5 control
: A high-performance recirculating chiller for external cooling tasks down to –30 °C.
This demand-controlled recirculating chiller, which operates using a climate-friendly refrigerant, offers impressive energy efficiency and power density, resulting in significant energy savings and a reduction in the floor space required in the laboratory. The speed-controlled pressure and suction pumps, made from PEEK, allow for indirect, stepless adjustment of maximum pressure and flow rate. With the external PT100 temperature sensor included as standard and excellent temperature stability of ± 0.1 K, the RC 5 control meets the demands of even the most challenging applications. With the Wireless Controller (WiCo), the RC 5 control can be operated safely and conveniently from anywhere. Ten freely programmable temperature ramps, each with 10 steps, allow process sequences to be simplified and automated.
The high-quality insulated 7-litre tank features an integrated filling funnel and a drain valve, enabling safe and clean handling of the thermal fluid. A hose is connected for draining, ensuring that the user does not come into direct contact with the temperature-control medium. The easy-to-open front flap allows for convenient cleaning of the chiller’s air filter.
