In the ICC basic eco 18 c (MPN 0008035800) the ICC basic circulator works with the IB 18 eco plastic bath of size L. In addition there are the BL.ICC bath bridge, CL.ICC cover, PCS.ICC pump connection set and CC2 cooling coil. The circulator has an LED display and is operated via push and rotary knobs. The bath is intended for water up to 100 °C.
The ICC basic circulator
Working and safety temperature appear on an LED display, and the resolution is 0.1 K. The temperature stability according to DIN 12876 is ±0.02 K, and the set temperature can be set to an accuracy of 0.1 K. Control works by PID with a PT 100 for the working temperature and a PT1000 for the safety temperature. A carrying handle and an integrated stand are part of the device. The circulator is also available individually as the ICC basic under ident number 0004134400.
Bath of size L made of plastic
The IB 18 eco has an opening of 245 x 305 mm at the bottom and at the upper bath edge at most 286 x 325 mm. The immersion depth is 85 to 125 mm. The package measures 338 x 584 x 349 mm. Set values higher than 100 °C are not intended in the plastic bath, although the circulator alone works up to 150 °C. The bath may be operated only with water.
Cover, pump set and cooling coil
The package includes the CL.ICC cover and the PCS.ICC pump connection set, which connects the integrated pressure/suction pump to an external application. The pump output is variable, and the flow rate is up to 18 l/min at 0 bar back pressure. The CC2 cooling coil is intended for temperature control below or near ambient temperature. With external cooling the minimum operating temperature of the circulator is -20 °C.
Protective functions
An adjustable safety circuit covers 0 to 160 °C. Visual and audible warning functions, the over-temperature warning and protection against low and high level are built in. The device is classified as DIN 12876 class III and marked FL.
Basic compared with control
With the ICC control circulator and additionally the PT 100.30 probe, the package is available as the ICC control eco 18 c. There a TFT display shows the temperatures, and the temperature stability is ±0.01 K. A package with ICC basic and a plastic bath of size L is also the ICC basic eco 18. If you want to work above 100 °C in the bath, choose a stainless steel bath, for example in the ICC basic pro 20 c.
