IKA ICC control eco 18 c Immersion Circulator Package, Plastic Bath Size L, up to 100 °C, 0008036200

In the ICC control eco 18 c (MPN 0008036200) the ICC control circulator sits on a plastic bath of size L, the IB 18 eco. The bath is intended for water and designed for up to 100 °C. The circulator itself heats with 2000 W and works up to 150 °C, and in the package the bath limits the temperature to 100 °C. Cover, pump connection set, cooling coil and temperature probe are already included.

IB 18 eco plastic bath

The bath is made of plastic. Its opening at the bottom measures 245 x 305 mm, at the upper bath edge at most 286 x 325 mm, and the immersion depth is 85 to 125 mm. The overall dimensions of the package are 338 x 584 x 349 mm. The bath may be operated only with water, and the highest temperature in the bath is 100 °C.

Note the package limit

Because the bath ends at 100 °C, the circulator is not the deciding factor for the package. The ICC control itself can reach 150 °C, so set values above 100 °C do not belong in this package. If you need higher temperatures with a bath, choose a stainless steel bath of the pro series as in the ICC control pro 20 c, which is designed for up to 150 °C.

What the ICC control brings

The TFT display shows working and safety temperature with 0.01 K resolution. The temperature stability according to DIN 12876 is ±0.01 K, and the set temperature can be set to an accuracy of 0.1 K. The circulator controls by PID, and a PT 100 and a PT1000 measure working and safety temperature. A PT 100 can be operated at the connection for external temperature probes, and the PT 100.30 supplied is intended for this. IKA lists the standalone unit ICC control under ident number 0004136600.

Pump, accessories and safety

The PCS.ICC pump connection set is part of the scope of delivery, as are the CC2 cooling coil and the CL.ICC cover. The pressure/suction pump of the circulator delivers up to 18 l/min at 0 bar back pressure. A safety circuit from 0 to 160 °C, visual and audible warnings, low and high level protection and classification according to DIN 12876 class III with FL round off the equipment.

Plastic or stainless steel

The ICC control eco 18 and the ICC basic eco 18 also have a plastic bath of size L. The basic version of the circulator has an LED display and a temperature stability of ±0.02 K, and the ICC control a TFT display and ±0.01 K. The eco bath is suitable up to 100 °C with water, and for higher temperatures a package with a stainless steel bath of the pro series comes into question.
