The innovative Kera-Disk base, with a diameter of 135 mm, forms the structural foundation of the stirring drive. The support plate is made of a highly conductive aluminium alloy, which ensures minimal heating times and absolutely homogeneous temperature distribution across the entire working surface. To protect against mechanical damage as well as highly corrosive acids, alkalis and solvents, the metal surface is sealed with a non-porous, extremely scratch-resistant ceramic coating. This robust hybrid construction combines the excellent thermal conductivity of metal with the chemical inertness of ceramic, facilitating quick, residue-free cleaning in everyday laboratory use.

Intelligent temperature control and safety features via the ETS-D5
