The IKA S 25 EC - C - 18 G - ST (0025007399) is an easy-clean dispersing tool of size S 25 with a stator diameter of 18 mm. It is designed for batches ranging from 10 ml to 1.5 l, has an immersion depth of 35 to 150 mm and an installation length of 191 mm.
Cleaning between batches
With the easy-clean design, the shaft and rotor fall out as soon as the clamp is turned and lowered. The shaft tube can then also be rinsed from the inside.
Rotor, stator and bearing
The stator measures 18 mm, the rotor 13.4 mm. There is a gap of 0.25 mm between the two. The shaft runs in a ceramic plain bearing. The parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L and ceramic. The tool is suitable for solvents; the maximum operating temperature is 180 °C. It may be sterilised using any method.
