IKA ROTAVISC SBS hi-vi II HELI Complete
The SBS (Steel Ball Bearing, Suspended) rotational viscometers cover a large part of the application range of our IKA ROTAVISC product family.

Instead of a jewel bearing, these instruments are fitted with a special ball bearing system.
They are characterised in particular by their high robustness. They are ideally suited for applications involving very high sample throughput, frequent spindle changes, operation in harsh environments, or frequent relocation of the instrument.

Whether for simple or sophisticated viscosity measurements – with ROTAVISC, you get fast and accurate results.

Viscosity measurement in motion
The motorised IKA HELISTAND stand moves the mounted viscometer and its rotating body slowly and evenly up and down through the sample.

A breeze to use
The generous 4.3″ TFT display offers intuitive menu navigation. A digital spirit level also assists in correctly setting the starting conditions. The simple ramp function makes recurring tasks easier.

Highest measurement accuracy
The accuracy of the ROTAVISC rotational viscometers for Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquids is ±1% of the measurement range. Reproducibility is ±0.2%.

Stepless speed control
With ROTAVISC, you have a viscometer that allows you to adjust the speed steplessly, whilst also enabling you to set programmes or specific speed levels.
