The Liebherr FRPSrh 6501 is a catering cold store with forced-air cooling, manufactured entirely from chrome-nickel steel (1.4301 / AISI 304), from the housing and door right through to the inner compartment. With a net capacity of 486 litres and a temperature range of -2 °C to +15 °C, it is designed for businesses that value consistently high-quality equipment and prefer to monitor their cold chain seamlessly via digital systems, rather than relying solely on regular visual checks.

Made entirely from stainless steel

The cabinet, door and inner container are made entirely of chromium-nickel steel (1.4301 / AISI 304). This makes the cabinet particularly resistant to frequent cleaning and intensive contact with disinfectants, as is the norm in professional kitchens. The height-adjustable shelves inside are plastic-coated and can bear loads of up to 60 kg, meaning that even heavier GN containers can be stored safely.

Integrated connectivity and ease of use

Unlike retrofittable solutions, the Wi-Fi/LAN interface on the FRPSrh 6501 is already integrated and removable; remote retrieval of temperature data is therefore ready for use ex works, without the need to retrofit any accessories. An LED light strip on the left-hand side of the interior ensures good illumination when storing items, whilst the handle strip allows for convenient opening even when your hands are full. The door hinge is on the right and can be reversed; the lock is mechanical, and four height-adjustable feet (115 to 175 mm) compensate for uneven floors.

Cooling capacity and temperature control

The dynamic cooling system maintains a stable temperature within the range of -2 °C to +15 °C, and defrosting takes place automatically. The temperature is displayed digitally on the outside; faults are signalled visually and audibly, ensuring that kitchen staff are warned in good time even outside operating hours. The permissible ambient temperature ranges from +10 °C to 40 °C. The interior is designed for the longitudinal insertion of GN 2/1 containers (530 x 650 mm); four shelving levels provide ample space for daily stock rotation and can be arranged flexibly depending on the load.

Connection and operation

The FRPSrh 6501 operates at 220 to 240 V at 50/60 Hz with a rated current of 4.0 A / 190.0 W; the power cable is 3 m long. The GKPv 6570 525 13 is listed internally as the predecessor model; the FRPSrh 6501 continues the series technically, incorporating integrated network connectivity and a fully stainless-steel construction as further developments.
