For businesses that need to display large quantities of fresh produce clearly whilst keeping them safely chilled, the Liebherr FRPSvh 1412 refrigerated display cabinet offers a net capacity of 1,096 litres behind two insulated glass doors with chrome-nickel steel frames. This means the contents remain clearly visible at all times, even when the unit is closed, without allowing cold air to escape whilst checking the contents. As a refrigeration variant, the FRPSvh 1412 complements the structurally identical FFPSvh 1402 freezer model and is suitable for businesses requiring both temperature ranges in the same unit size.

Double-glazed doors for a clear view

The two insulated glass doors with chrome-nickel steel frames (1.4301 / AISI 304) are fixed in place (fixed on the left/fixed on the right) and can be operated via a handle strip. They are locked mechanically. An LED light strip running along both sides illuminates the interior evenly, allowing stock levels and freshness to be checked without opening the doors – a clear advantage over solid, opaque doors when stock needs to be checked regularly. This means that, whilst the kitchen is in operation, it is possible to see at a glance which items need restocking, without cold air escaping due to frequent door opening.

Large storage capacity with GN compatibility

With external dimensions of 211.5 x 142.7 x 86.7 cm and an internal space of 151.2 x 123.9 x 65.0 cm, the cabinet offers space for eight plastic-coated storage shelves, each with a load capacity of up to 60 kg. In addition, a GN 2/1 longitudinal insert measuring 530 x 650 mm is provided, allowing Gastronorm containers to be stored directly without the need to transfer contents. Five height-adjustable feet (115 to 175 mm) also compensate for uneven floors. With a net weight of 242.20 kg and a gross weight of 262.00 kg, the FRPSvh 1412 is one of the larger units in the Perfection series and is designed to be correspondingly robust.

Cooling technology and connections

The temperature range extends from +1 °C to +15 °C, whilst dynamic cooling ensures even air distribution throughout the interior. The temperature is displayed digitally on the exterior; in the event of faults, the unit issues visual and audible warnings. R 290 is used as the refrigerant (charge: 95 g), and defrosting takes place automatically. The connectivity solution is integrated and removable; a Wi-Fi/LAN interface is provided. Energy consumption is 3,106 kWh per 24 hours or 1,134 kWh per year (EPREL No. 1936945). It is connected to a 220–240 V supply at 4.0 A and 50 Hz; the 3-metre-long connection cable is suitable for most kitchen set-ups. The FRPSvh 1412 is manufactured at the Liebherr plant in Lienz, as are the other models in the Perfection range for commercial kitchens.
