Liebherr SRFvh 5501 laboratory refrigerator, 558 L, DIN 13277

The Liebherr SRFvh 5501 is a large-capacity laboratory refrigerator from the Perfection series, designed for the reliable storage of sensitive substances in laboratories and pharmacies. It combines a highly efficient dynamic cooling system with compliance with DIN 13277 (formerly DIN 58345).

DIN 13277 compliance and maximum temperature stability

The unit meets all the performance criteria of DIN 13277. The dynamic (air-circulating) cooling system ensures highly uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire interior and a maximum temperature deviation of just ±2°C. The temperature range can be flexibly adjusted from +3 °C to +16 °C.

+2°C SafetyDevice for frost protection

To prevent sensitive samples from freezing, the SRFvh 5501 is equipped with the +2°C SafetyDevice. If, in the event of a fault, the temperature drops below +2°C (when set to +5°C or warmer), the system takes control, stabilises the temperature and activates the alarm.

Integrated connectivity and comprehensive alarm system

The unit is ideally equipped for comprehensive documentation and monitoring: an integrated data logger (via USB interface) records temperatures. The integrated Wi-Fi/LAN interface (removable SmartModule) enables direct connection to external systems such as Liebherr SmartMonitoring. A visual and audible fault alarm, a power failure alarm (min. 12 hours) and a dry contact complete the safety package.
