The Liebherr SUFsg 7001 is a high-performance laboratory ultra-low temperature freezer from the MediLine series with an impressive net capacity of 700 litres. It has been specially developed for demanding long-term storage within the extreme temperature range of -40 °C to -86 °C. This model utilises efficient air cooling and offers maximum capacity for laboratories and research facilities.

Maximum safety for valuable samples

An integrated 3-stage monitoring system protects your stored samples around the clock. In the event of a power cut, an integrated 12-volt battery continues to power the electronics and keeps the power failure alarm active for at least 72 hours. Visual and audible alarms also provide immediate warning in the event of temperature deviations or malfunctions.

Efficient cascade cooling

The unit utilises advanced cascade cooling with the environmentally friendly refrigerants R 290 and R 170. This combination ensures a rapid cooling time (450 min from +22°C to -80°C) and stable temperature control.

High-quality stainless steel interior

The inner chamber is made entirely of stainless steel, making it particularly hygienic, robust and durable. Four sturdy stainless steel shelves (with a load capacity of up to 50 kg) are included as standard. Foam-insulated inner doors minimise cold air loss when opened and improve energy efficiency.

Networking and documentation

A data logger with a USB interface is integrated to ensure comprehensive documentation. The unit can be easily integrated into networks via the LAN (Ethernet) interface. A dry contact also enables alarms to be forwarded to external systems.
