An electric heating jacket encloses the entire working chamber – including the door and the rear wall. This ensures that all walls are slightly warmer than the dew point temperature. The result: an actively dehumidified interior with no condensation forming on the walls or ceiling. Your samples remain dry where they need to stay dry, whilst the humidity is precisely controlled. TwinDISPLAY: Maximum control and documentation

• Intuitive operation: Parameters such as temperature (+18 °C to +90 °C) and relative humidity (20 % to 95 % rh) can be selected at the touch of a finger and precisely adjusted using the digital rotary control (ControlCOCKPIT).
• HeatBALANCE: An exclusive feature of the TwinDISPLAY is the HeatBALANCE function. This allows you to shift the distribution of heating power between the upper and lower chambers. In this way, you can compensate for physically induced temperature differences or adapt the unit to specific loading patterns.
• Logging: All process data is recorded in full. You can retrieve the logs via the USB interface or Ethernet – a must for GLP-compliant working.

Hygienically clean: The sterilisation function

A truly unique feature of the Memmert HCP150 humidity chamber is its integrated sterilisation routine. Humidity is controlled by a microprocessor from 20 % to 95 % rh. Even under difficult conditions, the system adjusts quickly – for example, after the door is opened. Thanks to the closed-loop system, water consumption is minimised, enabling long running times without the need for refilling.
