Peltier technology for maximum energy efficiency

At the heart of the HPP110eco is the innovative Peltier heating and cooling system. Unlike conventional compressor-cooled climate chambers, Peltier technology saves up to 90 per cent in energy costs during partial-load operation. As the system operates entirely without refrigerant-based cooling units, it is virtually maintenance-free and environmentally friendly. The precise fine-tuning of the Peltier elements enables extremely small temperature fluctuations, which is a critical quality feature, particularly for sensitive long-term experiments. The absence of a compressor also ensures absolutely silent operation, which significantly improves the working atmosphere in the laboratory.

Active humidity control and uniform climate distribution

To ensure precise climatic conditions, the HPP110eco features active digital humidification and dehumidification within a range of 10% to 90% RH. Water is supplied via an external tank using a self-priming pump, which guarantees precise vapour generation without condensation forming inside the chamber. The optimised ventilation system ensures that temperature and humidity are distributed absolutely uniformly throughout the entire sample volume. This guarantees constant conditions for every single sample, regardless of its position within the chamber – a fundamental requirement for validatable processes.

Intuitive TwinDISPLAY and comprehensive documentation

The HPP110eco is controlled via the tried-and-tested TwinDISPLAY system. Two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays clearly show all relevant parameters such as temperature, humidity and fan speed. The integrated ControlCOCKPIT monitors all functions and enables legally compliant documentation of process data via USB or Ethernet. The HPP110eco thus effortlessly meets the requirements of GMP- and GLP-compliant environments. With the AtmoCONTROL software included in the scope of delivery, complex programmes can be easily created on a PC and transferred to the unit via a USB stick.
