Efficiency through Peltier technology: environmentally friendly and cost-effective

At the heart of the HPP1400eco is the highly efficient Peltier heating and cooling system. Unlike conventional compressor-cooled climate chambers, this system operates virtually vibration-free and extremely quietly. A key advantage is its energy efficiency: Peltier technology consumes significantly less electricity, particularly during partial-load operation, which can reduce running costs by up to 90 per cent. Furthermore, it completely eliminates the need for climate-damaging refrigerants, which simplifies maintenance and massively improves your laboratory’s environmental footprint. The system operates without a compressor and is therefore not only more space-efficient but also far less prone to faults.

Active humidity control and uniform climate distribution

The HPP1400eco offers high-precision active humidification and dehumidification in the range from 10% to 90% RH. Humidity is supplied via an external water feed with a self-priming pump, which guarantees precise vapour generation. The intelligent control system ensures that the humidity remains extremely stable even with high sample loads. Thanks to the optimised airflow within the 1,360-litre chamber, unrivalled homogeneity is achieved. Temperature and humidity fluctuations are reduced to an absolute minimum, ensuring the reproducibility of your test series and effortlessly meeting GMP/GLP requirements.

Intuitive control with the Memmert TwinDISPLAY

The TwinDISPLAY control panel ensures maximum control. Two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays allow all parameters – such as temperature, humidity and fan speed – to be set and monitored intuitively. The integrated ControlCOCKPIT software enables comprehensive documentation of process data – a must for validated processes. With the AtmoCONTROL software included in the scope of delivery, you can easily create complex programmes on a PC and transfer them to the unit via USB or Ethernet. The integrated data logger, with a storage capacity of at least 10 years, ensures that no data point is lost.
