The Memmert HPP2200eco constant-climate chamber is the undisputed powerhouse among Peltier climate chambers. Advanced Peltier technology for sustainable efficiency

At a time of rising energy costs and stringent environmental regulations, the HPP2200eco is the answer to the quest for sustainability in the laboratory. As the system operates entirely without a compressor or refrigerant-based cooling systems, energy consumption is reduced by up to 90 per cent compared with conventional climate chambers. But Peltier technology offers even more advantages: it operates virtually vibration-free and extremely quietly. This not only protects sensitive samples from mechanical influences but also ensures a significantly more pleasant working environment in the laboratory. Furthermore, the low-maintenance technology reduces downtime and operating costs throughout the unit’s entire life cycle.

Active humidity control and unrivalled homogeneity

Despite its enormous volume of over 2,000 litres, the HPP2200eco guarantees an absolutely homogeneous distribution of temperature and humidity. Active humidification and dehumidification can be precisely controlled between 10% and 90% rh. Humidity is supplied via an external water feed using a self-priming pump, which ensures precise vapour generation without condensation. Whether conducting stability testing at 25 °C / 60 % rh or accelerated testing at 40 °C / 75 % rh – the system maintains the parameters stably within the tightest tolerance ranges required for validated processes.

Intelligent control and TwinDISPLAY convenience

Monitoring such large sample volumes requires maximum process reliability. This is where the Memmert TwinDISPLAY comes into its own. Two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays allow you to keep an eye on all critical values at all times. The integrated ControlCOCKPIT software enables seamless digital documentation in accordance with GLP/GMP guidelines. Using the “AtmoCONTROL” software included in the scope of delivery, complex temperature and humidity profiles can be easily programmed on a PC and transferred to the unit via the Ethernet interface. Multiple over-temperature protection features and visual/audible alarm systems safeguard your valuable sample stocks around the clock.
