Peltier technology for maximum sustainability

At the heart of the HPP410eco is the highly efficient Peltier heating and cooling system. Compared with compressor-cooled climate chambers, the HPP410eco saves up to 90 per cent in energy costs during partial-load operation – i.e. where stability tests usually take place. Another key advantage is that the system is vibration-free. As no mechanical compressors are fitted, sensitive samples are not subjected to mechanical stress. Furthermore, the unit operates almost silently, which significantly improves the working atmosphere in the laboratory. The fact that the Peltier elements require no maintenance also ensures extremely high operational reliability and low life-cycle costs.

Precise humidity control in accordance with ICH guidelines

A critical feature for pharmaceutical stability testing in accordance with ICH Q1A is the precise control of relative humidity. The HPP410eco features active digital humidification and dehumidification, which can be precisely regulated within a range of 10% to 90% rh. Water is supplied via an external tank using a self-priming pump, which guarantees precise steam generation. The combination of microprocessor-controlled temperature and humidity regulation ensures that the climatic conditions remain within the tightest tolerances over a period of months – a fundamental requirement for the validation of your processes.

Intuitive monitoring with TwinDISPLAY

For control and monitoring, Memmert relies on the tried-and-tested TwinDISPLAY system. Two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays allow the simultaneous display and adjustment of setpoint and actual values for temperature, humidity and other parameters. The integrated ControlCOCKPIT monitors all functions and enables comprehensive data documentation via Ethernet or USB. This makes the HPP410eco the ideal choice for validated environments (GMP/GLP). Using the AtmoCONTROL software included in the scope of delivery, complex climate profiles can be easily created on a PC and transferred to the unit via a USB stick.
