Ground-breaking Peltier technology for continuous operation

The HPP750eco’s innovative Peltier heating and cooling system enables virtually maintenance-free operation without the use of climate-damaging refrigerants. Compared with conventional units, Peltier technology saves up to 90 per cent in energy costs during partial-load operation. Another key advantage is the absence of vibration: as no mechanical compressors are fitted, the chamber is ideally suited for storing sensitive samples where vibrations could distort measurement results. Furthermore, its whisper-quiet operation significantly reduces noise levels in the workplace.

Active humidity control and uniform climate distribution

The HPP750eco’s active digital humidification and dehumidification system ensures reproducible results under stable conditions. With a control range of 10% to 90% RH, the chamber covers all standard ICH stability tests (Q1A). Humidity is supplied via an external water supply using a self-priming pump, which guarantees precise vapour generation without condensation forming inside the chamber. The optimised ventilation system ensures an absolutely uniform distribution of temperature and humidity throughout the entire 749-litre interior.

Intuitive control and comprehensive documentation

The HPP750eco is controlled via the state-of-the-art Memmert TwinDISPLAY. Two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays allow all process parameters to be monitored and adjusted simultaneously. The integrated ControlCOCKPIT provides comprehensive data documentation via Ethernet or USB – an indispensable feature for GLP/GMP-compliant environments. With the AtmoCONTROL software included in the scope of delivery, even complex temperature and humidity ramps can be easily programmed on a PC and transferred to the unit.
