The Memmert IF110 is a high-precision incubator with forced air circulation, specially developed for demanding applications in research, medicine, pharmaceuticals and food technology. With a chamber volume of 108 litres, this model offers ample space for your samples and, thanks to its finely tuned heating technology, guarantees particularly gentle heating.

Precise control with SingleDISPLAY

At the heart of the IF110 is the intuitive ControlCOCKPIT with SingleDISPLAY. This adaptive PID microprocessor controller with a high-resolution TFT colour display allows you to precisely set and monitor all parameters, such as temperature, fan speed and air damper position. Operation is convenient via touchscreen, and thanks to the SetpointWAIT function, the process time only begins once the setpoint temperature has actually been reached – ensuring validatable results.

Optimal temperature distribution through forced air circulation

Unlike units with natural convection, the IF110 ensures rapid and uniform temperature distribution throughout the entire interior thanks to its forced air circulation (convection). The speed of the quiet air turbine can be adjusted in 10% increments to perfectly adapt the airflow to sensitive loads. In addition, the addition of preheated fresh air prevents unwanted temperature fluctuations.

Hygienic stainless steel design & safety

Both the textured housing and the interior are made of high-quality, rust-free stainless steel (grade 1.4301), which is extremely robust, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. The fully insulated stainless steel door with a two-point locking mechanism and the inner glass door allow samples to be monitored safely without heat loss. Maximum safety is ensured by dual over-temperature protection (electronic and mechanical in accordance with DIN 12880).
