Memmert IF260 Incubator, 256 L, with forced air circulation, +20 to +80 °C

The Memmert IF260 is a large-capacity precision incubator with forced air circulation (convection), designed for laboratory applications that require uniform temperature distribution with large loads. With a chamber volume of 256 litres, it offers ample space for research, medicine, pharmaceuticals and food analysis.

Precise control: ControlCOCKPIT with SingleDISPLAY

Control is via the intuitive ControlCOCKPIT with SingleDISPLAY. The adaptive PID microprocessor controller with a high-resolution TFT colour graphic display allows precise adjustment of temperature, fan speed and air damper position via touch. The digital timer is adjustable from 1 minute to 99 days.

Uniform temperature distribution through forced air circulation

Thanks to the adjustable air turbine (recirculation), the IF260 ensures rapid and even heat distribution throughout the entire interior, even when fully loaded. The fan speed and the fresh air supply via the electronic exhaust air damper can be finely adjusted in 10 per cent increments. The SetpointWAIT function guarantees validatable processes: the process time only starts once the setpoint temperature has actually been reached.

Hygienic stainless steel design & safety

The housing and interior are made of high-quality, rust-free stainless steel (grade 1.4301), which is robust, scratch-resistant and easy to clean. A fully insulated stainless steel door with a 2-point locking mechanism and an internal glass door allow samples to be observed without heat loss. Safety is ensured by an electronic temperature monitor and a mechanical temperature limiter TB (protection class 1).
