Memmert IF260plus Incubator, 256 L, with TwinDISPLAY & forced air circulation

The Memmert IF260plus is a large-capacity precision incubator with forced air circulation (convection), designed for laboratory applications involving high sample loads and the most stringent requirements for safety and documentation. With a chamber volume of 256 litres and the high-end TwinDISPLAY control system, it offers maximum reliability for research, medicine and the pharmaceutical industry.

High-end control system: ControlCOCKPIT with TwinDISPLAY

Unlike the standard version, the “plus” model features the adaptive TwinDISPLAY. Two high-resolution TFT colour graphic displays (touchscreens) enable intuitive setting and monitoring of all parameters. Take advantage of exclusive functions such as HeatBALANCE for individual adjustment of the heating power distribution (top/bottom) or the graphical programming of temperature profiles directly on the unit.

Maximum process reliability & sterilisation

The IF260plus guarantees double safety through two Pt100 temperature sensors (DIN Class A), which monitor each other and take over operation in the event of a fault (AutoSAFETY). For hygiene-critical applications, a fixed sterilisation programme is integrated to reliably sterilise the interior at +160 °C (4 hours) (not suitable for load items).

Uniform temperature distribution via forced air circulation

The electronically controlled fan ensures rapid and uniform heat distribution throughout the entire stainless steel interior, even when fully loaded. The fan speed and the position of the air dampers can be precisely adjusted in 10% increments. The SetpointWAIT function guarantees validatable processes: the process time only starts once the setpoint temperature has been reached at all measurement points.
