Memmert UF160TS pass-through cabinet (161 L, 250°C, TwinDISPLAY)

The Memmert UF160TS is a highly specialised pass-through drying cabinet designed for flush-wall installation and serving as a material transfer chamber between two rooms (e.g. between a grey room and a cleanroom). It is based on the high-performance UF series (convection) and is fitted as standard with the premium TwinDISPLAY controller.

Function as a thermal airlock

The ‘TS’ (Through) is the key feature. (Feature) The oven has two doors (front and rear) which are electrically interlocked. Only one door can be opened at a time. (Benefit) This prevents cross-contamination of the air between the two rooms and makes the UF160TS the ideal, validatable solution for thermal processes in cleanrooms, pharmaceutical production or semiconductor manufacturing.

Precision through forced convection and TwinDISPLAY

The powerful forced convection (UF) system ensures an extremely fast heat-up time and excellent temperature uniformity throughout the entire 161-litre interior, even when fully loaded. (Feature) The standard TwinDISPLAY is indispensable for procurement specialists in regulated environments (GMP/GLP). It enables the intuitive programming of complex temperature ramps, comprehensive logging (via AtmoCONTROL software) and the configuration of individual user rights (Benefit).

The housing and interior are made from high-quality, easy-to-clean stainless steel. The precise workmanship ensures a tight fit against the wall.
